Hi! I'm Elfie, a personal trainer, nutritional therapist, and well-being expert. Fitness for me is about feeling strong in all movements, whether daily movements or in exercise. Knowing your body is working and moving in all the right ways is the greatest feeling, and worth working hard for!
My work is based around being "Fit For Life", and one of my passions is helping people of the older demographic work on mobility, strength & flexibility, which enables better quality of living into old age. Many of the aches and pains we associate with "just part of getting old" can be relieved and even got rid of!
I specialise in pre&post natal fitness and health and feel very passionately about helping postpartum Mummas get strong and feel good. I have much experience in this field having had two children myself and healing from postpartum complications without having to have surgery, through my own programming.
